WI Women Fish Instructors
Wendy Dallman is a fishing instructor for WI Women Fish and Becoming an Outdoor Woman. Wendy has implemented a fishing curriculum in the school where she teaches along with other lifetime sports such as kayaking and canoeing. Wendy led the champion team in the last years Chetek’s Women’ s Pontoon Tournament. Wendy loves to bass fish and is an accomplished angler.
Holly Hanson is a fishing instructor for WI Women Fish and will join the BOW team as a fishing instructor in 2010. In addition to teaching Ice fishing and Fishing 101, Holly teaches Fish Cleaning and will show you how to get boneless Northern Pike filets. Her favorite fishing is trout fishing and loves helping new angers.
Barb Carey is the founder of WI Women Fish and has been having fishing events for Women since 2003. She currently plans the outings for the WI Women Fish Group and teaches Ice Fishing 101 and Beginning Fishing. She also is a fishing instructor for Becoming an Outdoor Women and is sponsored by Eskimo, Jiffy, St Croix, and Arctic Armor. Barb’s favorite fishing is walleye fishing and is always accompanied by her fishing companion, Keeper.

About Club Members
We have a wide variety of members. We have an assortment of women who have come together, really hit it off and love to go fishing. The core group of loyal anglers attend many of the planned fishing outings and there are alway some new women mixed in. Friendships have been formed and women are connecting with each other for additional fishing outings outside of the group. Mothers, Daughters, Grandmothers, and Sisters have all attended events. If you love to fish, you will fit right in.

WI Women Fish is on a mission to provide women with educational angling opportunities. We are here to create a place for women to share their knowledge with other women and create a friendly supportive arena to come together to share this wonderful sport. We will strive to give all women the opportunity to experience many types of fishing with the hope that they in turn share their knowledge with others and keep the passion alive. We are committed to practice environmental stewardship and to always give more than we take.
